Garden rights-reasonable access?

Hello, My neighbour has reasonable rights of acess through my garden but i was just wondering if anyone could help me fully understand what reasonable means.

Each day he takes his dogs through our garden because he doesnt want to get his floor muddy...is this considered reasonable? Or is it for big deliveries/furniture removal?

Hopefully someone could help, if you could provide a link to an official site too that would be great

Thanks

Garden rights-reasonable access?
As far as I know 'Reasonable rights' means for access for furniture and heavy deliveries, he is taken the P**S to walk his dog through your garden, tell him to bugger off and explain to him what reasonable means. If you both share common land then you might have to sit back and watch his dog use your garden as a toilet.

Try your local council, they should be able to help you, as they steal your money every year on exuberant land taxes/rates.
Reply:i do not have a site but no he does not have any right to your house unless he has permission or a permit. and i know that he is just getting his dog to take a dump on the lawn but if you want put sprinklers there and he will stop coming in but if he does keep on doing this you can call you police up and tell them and the neigbour is definetly in the wrong
