Mothers were you spoiled rotten today.?

I have had the most perfect day so far. My daughter and her boyfriend bought me furniture for the garden, chocolates, a chocolate cake, ice-cream for pudding and my hubby cooked the most delicious Pork-roast, roast potato's and veg just for me. Having a lovely day and i really hope you got spoiled as well.:)

Mothers were you spoiled rotten today.?
Aah, my little boy is only 2 years old. :-) It is the 2 of us, so no dad to take him and buy mummy "tjoklits"!





My family is in SA, they are not even aware that it is Mothersday today.





But do you know, I had the loveliest time today. My little monkey climbed into bed with me this morning, and we snuggled for about half hour before I got woken up with kisses all over my face!





We had a nice quiet day, lots of play time. And he absolutely loves dancing. What can be better?





I have got the most beautiful little boy, and I am his whole life. I am the one who takes care of him, who teaches him, learn from him. I am all he has got.





And I look at him, the beautiful, confident, cheeky but well-mannered little funny guy he is, and I can't possibly be prouder. I have had some small achievements through my life, nothing major. Nothing big. Until I became the mum of the most precious little boy ever. And I can't help to feel that this is an achievement that can't be beaten. I am really proud.





So - to answer your question on whether I got spoilt today... He does not need to know that it is Mothersday to spoil me. He does it naturally, every day. Just being here with me.

My husband had to work today so I am basically a slave to my kids today just like every other day on the verge of bursting into tears over everything. I hope one day I will have a good day like your day was today.
Reply:Yer my boys have had their hearts sooo in the right place today. Woke me up with Tea this morning,was a tad cold as they are too young to use the kettle.The few flowers I had in the garden have been picked and been stuck in a juice bottle.They have done the house work. Kitchen floor is like a swimming pool with the mopping and I almost had my antique oak cabinate cleaned with mr muscle. I am now waiting for my dinner, Beans on toast with ice cream to follow and more cold tea. I dont have a partner, so they thought it all up on there own. So happy with them as they thought and tried so hard to make it a great day, and they did. I am so lucky and so very proud of them.
Reply:my partner gave me a wonderful day as it was my birthday too he wouldnt let me do anything treated like a queen and my little boy is only 15 months old he brought me chocs and even helped me eat them bless!!!
