What Do You Like to Collect?

I like to collect matchbooks from around the world, antiques (furniture, silverware, decorative items, lingerie and clothing, vintage pinup magazines), Waterford crystal, rose plants for my garden, and duh, SHOES!





I also have a habit of saving all the sales tags that come off new clothes and movie tickets...I've got some going back from when I was a kid.

What Do You Like to Collect?
Christmas Tree Ornaments. I have a collection of Ornaments from around the world...Italy, Russia, Poland, Mexico, US, Germany, PLUS Irish Dresden, Waterford, Orrefors, Lladro, Mikasa, and antique ones that o back 50-60 years and older.

Reply:I'm SO very fond of comic books -- only Japanese comic books that's translated into Indonesian languange, to be specific. I've started collecting them since I was arround 9 years old, and now the total of my comics has reached 700, and going up!!!

Reply:Pretty boring compared to you - I collect beach glass and lobster pot buoys that drift up.
Reply:It's actually kinda weird... I collect small pieces of pottery. To qualify as a piece that I'll buy, it has be within a certain size range and it has to look like someones kid made it in art class. I find all of them at the thrift store between $0.88 and $3.00.
Reply:Ozzy Osbourne stuff. CD's, DVD's, T-shirts, buttons, etc.
Reply:I could dig the idea of collecting but I am way far too into creating stuff. Maybe I'll collect more stuff when I get older.
Reply:I collect yarn. I'm a knitter and have more yarn in my stash than I'll ever be able to use if I knit 10 hours every day for the rest of my life. Yet I still can't keep from going on S.E.X.'s (Stash Expanding eXpeditions).

Reply:apparently, i collect those square crystal things, where there's etching inside, and you put them ontop of a small light...my mom's been getting them for me every year, i've accumulated about 7 now lol
Reply:I'm a sword collector myself. I also have a wide assortment of coasters I've "acquired" from various restaurants.

Reply:I collect coins and foreign money, but only as a hobby. I don't try to make any money at it.

Reply:I collect shells, stamps, and erasers. You know like those little ones about the size of a penny.
Reply:I collect old cookbooks, like really old ones. I make a habit for our family to pick up a rock everytime we go somewhere we've never been, and we collect seashells and driftwood we pick up at the beach.

i collect sands from all the beaches in the world that i have been to.
Reply:Beanie Babies, Angels, Fairies, Candles, Rocks, Dolphins, books, Movies, Hugs from my Kids and Hubby, and sometimes if it is a particularly lonnnng dreary weekend--DUST lol.
Reply:I used to collect bus tickets when I was small. Now I collect different types of matchboxes and stamps. I have stamps from around the world China, Canada, Malaysia, India, South Africa.........
Reply:I collect movies... mainly VHS, although my VHS player is broken, I also collect... or keep... all my old lover letters, and anything that has senitmental (sp?) value... I also collect lamps... I have way to many and only 10% are actually plugged in...
